Quang Nam Province: Vietnam Visuals

Keep On Rolling

My first time in Asia was marked by a brief sojourn to Vietnam. My trip was restricted to the Quang Nam province, wherein lies the UNESCO listed Ancient Town of Hội An. This city was a wonderful introduction to the depth of culture that exists all around this varied continent. Hội An is awash with vivid colour, perfectly complimenting the visual pleasures that lie scattered throughout the snaking streets.

My Vietnamese adventure also saw me swimming in the temperate waters off Cu Lao Cham (Cham Island), exploring the war-torn ruins of Mỹ Sơn (near the village of Duy Phú), and hiking throughout the caverns of the limestone Marble Mountains.

In Vietnam, the people are gorgeous, the food is delectable and the weather is bliss — I can’t wait to explore it further.
